I promised I would share the link of the Airbnb where we 4 (Mom + Dad + Naina + Me) stayed in Phuket for 7 days and I am here to deliver. Sharing pics of the beautiful property and the Airbnb link too. It was indeed a stunning property right on the beach and we all had a great time (except for my knee injury unfortunately, my Physio has declared that it will take about a month to heal, boo). Following is the detailed review that I left for the property on Airbnb incase anybody is interested in reading it:
“Our stay was quite pleasant and the property and beach is absolutely stunning. Very highly recommended for a peaceful & quiet stay if all you want to do is take long walks on the beach, relax in pools and spend quality time with your family. A couple of pointers: This condo is the first condo nearest to the reception and farthest from the beach. There are not many options for local eateries in Mai khao – you have five star restaurants of the neighboring hotels and Turtle village so eating out can be a bit pricey as compared to the more crowded areas of Phuket. The bathroom of the second bedroom is not attached and there is very less leg space while sitting on the WC. Air conditioning and WiFi work really well. The nearest seven eleven is quite far, ten to fifteen minutes by car You can do grocery shopping from Turtle Village reachable on bicycle or the free shuttle that the resort can arrange for but it is slightly more expensive than a seven eleven. The stopper of the bath tub was not working so we asked the host to get it fixed. Someone visited the next day but could not fix it and nobody returned with a solution so we were unable to use the bathtub during our stay which would have been nice for a hot soak for my parents since the sea was too rough to enter during our stay. There is no facility to provide drinking water inside the condo or resort so you have to purchase all the drinking water from Turtle Village which is the nearest option. Free bicycles are provided by the resort and a ride around the nearby lake Pru Jae Son is a lovely experience. Sadly we experienced rough seas and quite a bit of rain during our stay but that is part of life. There is a nice massage place near the infinity pool where you can get a full body Thai massage for five hundred bahts. The host Garry is very quick with response and was kind enough to drop by on one of the days to see how things were going for us. The best part of the property is all the pools – you can spend all day in them! Thank you Garry!”

And now pics of the property and us! Enjoy!
Mom & Pops getting some sun on the couches right outside our condo
Took Mom n Dad to Swensens, my all time fave ice cream place in Thailand
There is a LOT of open space to have long walks on and it’s mostly empty, serene and beautiful. Just look at this mini lake/pond.
Long empty roads
