Repairing Damaged Hair | BBLUNT Repair Remedy Range

I am mostly a lazy person when it comes to taking care of my hair. This combined with the blow-drys, occasional heat styling for shoots and using extra hair products for styling along with my love for coloring my hair, and you can surely tell from the condition of my hair that they are visibly damaged, a bit dry at the ends with an oily scalp and just overall more prone to tangling and breakage. It’s never fun to have unruly and unhealthy hair for so long. However, this time around I got a bit lucky because BBLUNT has come up with a new range – The Repair Remedy Range and it seems that it’s been made for people just like me! I know my hair need a saviour, what with all the heat and chemicals I expose them to. So here we are talking about my current hair-care regimen. I’ve been using this 3-step range for about 45 days now and I’m glad they came out with this.

I even carried the products with me to Sri Lanka recently because this range is also meant to protect coloured hair and it was so good to wash my hair after a sweaty day in the sun and salty sea water, and come out with a calm and smooth head of hair. Infact I clearly remember using the trio for the first time on my damaged hair and it made such a huge difference in just a single use.

Love the fact that all the products – Shampoo + Conditioner + Leave-In Cream are rich in Keratin that is great for repairing damaged hair and Argan Oil that makes my hair soft, smooth and gives them a additional healthy shine. BBLUNT has created this range especially for Indian hair and it also had colour protection – win for me.

On application, the shampoo has a thick luscious texture with a light fragrance and a little bit goes a very long way, you need very little product and it creates a lovely thick lather. When the shampoo is washed off you can feel a certain difference in the texture of your wet hair and there is a definite squeaky-clean feel to it.

After that comes the conditioner which is again very luscious and you need very little product. I spread it across the ends of my wet hair and keep it on for 2-3 minutes. Being super smooth and rich in Argan Oil, the conditioner is perfect for detangling even the most matted hair.

Once you step out of the shower, don’t forget to apply the leave-in cream on towel dried hair which is the last and most essential step of the process. For my length of hair I need only one pump of the product. A light, moussey texture, it does not feel heavy on the hair at all and yet gives your hair beautiful body, volume and not a trace of frizz. The leave-in cream is definitely my absolute favorite product.

My hair has been very happy and sorted since I’ve started using the BBLUNT Repair Remedy Range. You just know when you run your fingers through them.
