Indianwear | Blue & Silver

For those who liked my ‘Indianwear’ posts recently and wanted more – here goes! A lovely blue and silver work anarkali suit by Magnolia Couture, Mumbai. With intricate hand embroidery and hand-work, the garments by Magnolia Couture are subtle, polished and so well finished. Catering to elegant and subtle sensibilities, these garments are definitely not meant for those with a loud flashy taste. But the cherry on the cake really is the finesse in the handwork on the garments. So fine! I also particularly loved how this piece fit me so damn well! No alterations were ever done.

I wore this backless anarkali for a day-time wedding engagement and the weather was perfect to carry it off so I didn’t bother with any jacket or shawl. Just a glitzy clutch to go and silver & white accessories since gold would have stood out too prominently.

what an absolutely stunning combination of just blue & silver. Most Indianwear are so gaudy and full of so many colors. This is very elegant.

The dress is really very pretty, colour combination is perfect, it’s looking simply beautiful with the earrings you have worn. I think women look more beautiful when they are in Indian or ethnic wear with simple and beautifu ldesigner earrings !
